Eric joined the F&F team while in his second year at DePaul University College of Law. An Indiana native, Eric earned his undergraduate degree from Purdue University with a B.S. in Selling and Sales Management and a Minor in Biology. Prior to beginning law school, Eric worked as an Operations Manager for a large logistics company in Chicago for several years. During law school, Eric gained valuable litigation experience working for the Cook County Public Defender's Office and transactional experience working for a boutique law firm in the loop, and was a member of the Business Law Society. Eric regularly supports F&F clients in both transactional and litigation matters. Notably, in his role with F&F, Eric has assisted with several M&A transactions and helped draft equity grant documents for startups. Additionally, he has helped research and draft motions and briefs for multiple commercial litigation matters.
